Monitoring the activities of branches in order to increase the company's sales volume and market share in the healthcare sector.
Collect information about the situation on the territory and analyze it.
Implementation of a quarterly forecast for the number and analysis of results.
Responsibilities:
Development and updating of regulatory documents (NSD) regulating the methodological activities of the Company.
Development and approval in accordance with the established procedure of new insurance products and their sales technologies that meet the needs of the insurance market of the Republic.
Modernization and updating of existing insurance products taking into account the standards adopted in international practice, changes in domestic legislation and the local market environment.
Management of the Company's Database (AIS), in terms of (adding new insurance products to the AIS Database, making changes to existing insurance products as needed).
Providing methodological, advisory and practical assistance to structural and territorial divisions of the Company.
Representation of the Company in domestic and international organizations within its competence.
To develop business relations with domestic and foreign organizations and financial institutions in order to expand the scope of insurance services provided by the Company and introduce modern technologies for conducting insurance business.
Participate in the work of working groups and commissions by order of the Company's management.
Performs the instructions of the Company's management.
Requirements:
Higher education.
Experience in insurance for at least 3 years.
Knowledge of insurance products and all processes related to the conclusion and maintenance of insurance Contracts; Knowledge of the insurance legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, regulatory documents regulating insurance activities.
Fluent in Russian and Uzbek languages. Knowledge of English is desirable.
Advanced PC user.
Have a high level of organizational skills, the ability to delegate tasks.
Ability to work systematically.
Competent oral and written speech, possession of business correspondence skills.
